Accessibility Statement
RE Notes, Instruments & Investments, LLC wants everyone who visits this website to be able to use it. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and review the site against them as it changes.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmark regions, so screen readers can navigate by section.
- Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu, expandable questions and forms, with visible focus indicators.
- Text and interface colors that meet or exceed the 4.5:1 contrast ratio on our dark backgrounds.
- Form fields with programmatic labels, clear error messages and no time limits.
- Text that can be resized to 200% without loss of content, and layouts that work at narrow widths.
- Motion that is reduced or removed when your device requests reduced motion.
- A spam-prevention approach that does not rely on visual puzzles; where a verification challenge is used, it offers a non-visual path.
Known limitations
The interactive map on the Contact page is provided by a third party and may not be fully accessible; the address is provided in text beside it. PDF documents exchanged during a transaction may not be tagged; we will provide an accessible alternative on request.
